Sponsorship Information

Since 1969 National Powwow has been held every three years in different areas of the country.  Ron Head, Chairman for National Powwow III said, “The sole purpose of having such a powwow is to provide the best possible opportunity for the most possible people, whether they be Indian or non-Indian, to share all the good things about a powwow.”

We need your support for National Powwow XIX!  Would you be willing to contribute to our powwow, and, in turn, help promote American Indian culture?  If so, please contact info@nationalpowwow.com.  Listed below are opportunities for you to support our event.

Event Signature Sponsor – $10,000 (covers the costs for the facility)

• Your logo and name on everything distributed for powwow; name announced at dances, event banner at MC table, free vendor booth, website link, Facebook link and mentions, full page ad in program

Drum Sponsor – $8,000 (covers expenses for two host drums)

• Name announced at dances, event banner at drums, free vendor booth, website link, Facebook link and mentions, full page ad in program

Head Dancers Sponsor – $5,000 (covers expenses for 8 head principles)

• Name announced at dances, event banner at MC table during daytime specials, free vendor booth, website link, Facebook link and mentions, full page ad in program

Feeds  Sponsor – $3,000 (covers expenses for providing meals to staff and committee)

• Name announced at dances, event banner at evening feeds, free vendor booth, website link, Facebook link and mentions, quarter page ad in program

Children’s Powwow Sponsor – $2,500 (covers expenses for the children’s powwow & activities)

• Name announced at dances, event banner at MC table during children’s powwow, free vendor booth, website link, Facebook link and mentions, quarter page ad in program

Event Program / Brochure Sponsor – $2,200 (covers expenses to publish program booklet)

• Free vendor booth, website link, Facebook link and mentions, quarter page ad in program with other additional listings in event program

Tipi Encampment Sponsor – $2,000 (covers expenses for tipi campers)

• Free vendor booth, website link, Facebook link and mentions, quarter page ad in program with other additional listings in event program

Veterans Sponsor – $1,500 (covers expenses for honoring our veterans)

• Free vendor booth, website link, Facebook link and mentions, quarter page ad in program with other additional listings in event program

Craft Contest Sponsor – $1,000 (covers expenses for producing craft contest)

• Free vendor booth, website link, Facebook link and mentions, quarter page ad in program with other additional listings in event program

Raffle Items – We host raffles during our event for both dancers and spectators.  Numbered tickets are sold and the numbers are pulled from a bucket.  Raffle items can be anything (e.g., gift cards, household items, new clothing, etc.) – not just Indian-related items.  Participation in raffle items will promote your business to the entire powwow.
